Used 2019 Incalfer Freidor FTS-80 Batch potato Fryer

Used Incalfer batch potato fryer, rated for 175 lbs/hr on kettle potato chips, and 300 lbs/hr for regular potato chips. Oil capacity is 85 gallons, heating system is by a heat exchanger submerged in the oil. All 304 stainless steel contact parts. Belt driven by 2 HP motor. System includes agitation with SEW gearmotors, FESTO pneumatically operated discharge gate, discharge conveyor, thermal insulating coating, Metler pressurized automatic burner rated for 250,000 Kcal/hr, 2-flame powers (high & low flame) and Allen Bradley PLC with automatic operation timer.

We have 2 conveyors, one for feeding and one for cooling and transporting the chips out of the fryer. The heights match exactly with the fryers inlet and outlet.  

Inlet consists of a perforated conveyor band, equipped with motor. 

Outlet consists of a perforated conveyor band, equipped with a motor and an air turbine that flushes air through the band to help in the cooling of the chips. 

Both conveyors will be included in the price. 

This is a used unit with under a 100 hours on it. Bought for frying sweet potatoes for a contract and lost the contract.
