The 2012 Wilevco Spray Applicator/Glazer, model RAS4-12LH, is a used unit known for its efficient application of food coatings using Wilevco’s patented Spinning Disc Applicator technology. This nozzleless system is adept at applying uniform coatings, including oils, glazes, sauces, and spice mixes, without clogging, dripping, or creating uneven layers. It is particularly effective for thick or sticky coatings, enhancing consistency and productivity while reducing manual labor. Constructed from stainless steel with a wash-down design, the applicator features a heated reservoir and a control panel (Panelview C600) for ease of operation. The nozzleless system gently moves product down a precisely shaped shaft, to the center of a disc, and onto the product – without nozzles or drums that can clog, drip, or create high and low spots.
